Regular Service

Our prices for a weekly or fortnightly service are from £11.50 per hour. We charge by the hour not for individual services.

A regular service of less than 4 hours weekly or a fortnightly clean is £12.70 per hour

A regular service of between 4 – 7 hours weekly is £12.10 per hour

A regular service of more than 7 hours weekly is £11.50 per hour

One off service

One off services are £19 per hour (We supply all cleaning equipment and products)

Here are just ten of the most frequently asked questions. If you have a question that isn’t answered here please do give us a call.
We are here help whenever we can.

  • Will I have the same cleaner every week?
    A. Yes, you will be given your own dedicated cleaner so you don’t have to worry about having unfamiliar cleaners in your home.
  • Do I have to be at home when my cleaner comes?
    A. Not if you don’t want to be. Your cleaner will be happy to hold your keys and we will provide you with a key acceptance form for your cleaner to sign.
  • Is there a minimum amount of hours?
    A. The minimum amount of hours per visit is usually 2 per visit. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.
  • How do you vet the cleaners?
    A. We are proud to offer our clients a professional, reliable service so we follow a very strict vetting procedure.
    We interview them thoroughly and go through our training systems.
    We take at least 2 references and check them, along with ID. And of course, we ensure all our cleaner’s are capable, reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
  • What about DBS / Police checks?
    A. All cleaners have DBS/ police checks. Due to the added home help services we offer most will have a full enhanced DBS check.
  • What if my cleaner can’t make it or is sick?
    A. If your cleaner can’t make it for any reason then we will offer you another cleaner to cover and do our best to arrange this for a time that suits you.
  • Can I change my cleaner if I’m not happy?

    A. Yes of course. We do our best to match you with a suitable person for your needs but if for any reason you are not happy please let us know and we will rearrange your service with another cleaner.

    We are always here to do what we can to resolve any issues.

  • Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?

    A. For a regular service we would use your own cleaning products and equipment. This means that:
    If you wish to use eco friendly products or you prefer particular smells then it is up to you.
    Your cleaner doesn’t have to drive so therefore our service can be even more environmentally friendly.
    And of course this keeps our costs and therefore our price down.

    For a one off clean we can provide our own products etc if required.

  • Are you insured?
    For your peace of mind, Clarick Cleaning possesses full Public and Products Liability insurance (including treatment risk) up to £2,000,000.00 limit.
    As well as Employers Liability Insurance cover of up to £10,000,000.00.
    (Please note that there is an excess of £100 on all claims which you are responsible for)
  • Do I have to commit to a long term contract?
    A. No, you are free to end your service whenever you like with no hassle or penalties.
